The Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial will be holding their Annual Turkey Shoot Saturday, November 18th on Hwy 19 in front of Canton Trade Days from 9am until 1pm. Here is your chance to show off your rifle skills. Hit a bullseye: Win a Turkey!
Van Zandt County 4-H Club will furnish 22 rifles and Instructors will be on hand for the kids. (DO NOT bring your own rifles) Three (3) shots are $5 and 1 turkey per family IF YOU HIT THE BULLSEYE. Thank you to Walmart and Brookshire’s for donating Turkeys for this event.
