The Huey UH-1E Helicopter on Plaza.
In July 2019 Guillermo De La Cruz with DLC Aircraft Preservation Services of San Antonio, Texas was hired to stencil and paint the lettering on the Memorial’s Huey UH-1E on the Plaza of the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial.
